For this module, we had to create a packaging design solution each week based off a checklist of products and materials we could use. For this week, I had to create packaging for Bread using paper.
I wanted to make something that while obviously being functional and fulfilling its purpose, could also look interesting and different from what already exists as bread packaging.
I was inspired by the idea of a bread bin, and using that shape to make something that not only holds the bread in a fun way, but also can potentially be reused by a returning customer.
